If you are having a problem with your suite, or something is not working right, please use the chat widget at the bottom of your screen to submit a Tech Ticket. A Tech Ticket is for software/system related support that our our Software Support Team can help with. This Team will be able to tag in our IT Department or even our board of developers if needed to help resolve a Tech Ticket.
The Tech Ticket chat widget works differently than our regular chat widget you may have seen other places. It allows you to attach screen shots and record your screen to demonstrate the problem you are experiencing. When the Software Support Team responds to you, the response will actually show up in the chat widget on this page and you will be able to continue to see all of your previous tickets and responses there as well. The response will NOT be immediate.. If you leave the window open and your sound is on, you will hear a ding when they respond. otherwise, you will also receive an email when they have responded and you can come back to this page to continue the conversation.
