We are excited for you to join our PinkSuite family!

Before signing up we want to make sure you understand all the requirements.

There are a few additional expenses you may or may not have when using your PinkSuite. Some of these are outside expenses that do not come from our company MySuites Collective. They are third-party charges that will not be included in your PinkSuite membership pricing. Please review them and then click the button below to continue to the signup page.

  • Your PinkSuite does require a ONE TIME setup fee upon signing up. This fee is used to cover some of the expenses we take on when getting you set up - such as the cost of purchasing your domain, integrating your domain into the system, setting up your inbox and branded email, and paying our staff to import all of your InTouch contacts and help with your onboarding. This fee is the same no matter which membership level you choose.

  • All PinkSuite members will receive a branded domain name to be used with their suite and the additional tools we have built for you. We will use your domain for your business website and to create a branded email address for you to use with your PinkSuite. Your website and branded email subscription is included in your membership. We will purchase and set up your domain name for you and that will be included in your initial setup fee. After that - there will be a flat $35 annual renewal fee to cover the cost of renewing your domain. This fee will not be charged until a year from now when it is time for us to renew your domain with our domain provider.

  • All PinkSuite members will have an e-wallet that you can load with communication credits. You choose how many credits you would like to pre-load. These credits will be used with your Inbox for things like text messages. This allows you to only pay for what you want to use and gives you the ability to use them at any time. Your communication credits never expire. PinkSuite members will set up a phone number to use with their PinkSuite. You will need to get your new phone number verified. This is now required by the government for all businesses with a web-based phone number, in an effort to prevent spam. The TCR charge a one-time $27 fee to go through the verification process. Verification proves you are a real person/business and also improves your text deliverability. Your PinkSuite team will complete the verification process FOR you - however, members who want to use their PinkSuite to text & call their contacts will be responsible for this fee at the time of verification.

  • Lastly - We recommend using a credit card for your subscriptions as debit cards and prepaid cards can often result in insufficient funds and failed payment fees.
