If you are a current PinkSuite member, you can use the "Suite Support" button in the navigation menu inside of your suite to find more support resources, contact us, and receive technical support. If you are in need of software support, please contact us there so that our Tech Team can assist you.
If you are not a member or need assistance accessing your suite, please contact us with one of the options below. We have a team ready to help answer your questions and find what you need. There are 3 ways you can contact our team:

Send us a message on Facebook. Just click the icon above. If you are on your phone and you already have the Messenger App, make sure you click on the words "Open in Messenger" and not the button that takes you to download the app. If you are on a computer it will have you log into Facebook, unless you are already logged in.

Use the chat icon at the bottom of your screen to send us a quick message. Someone will get back to you by email as soon as possible.

We recommend sending us a Facebook Message for questions because it allows both you and our team to utilize the audio message feature so we can record voice messages back and forth to explain and/or answer your questions. Any attachments you may need to include in your message are also easy to add to a Facebook Message.
