Welcome to your PinkSuite support! Our PinkSuite members can use the resources below to find support for their suite. We have plenty of free support resources as well as additional paid options for more personalized support. Suite Support Center
Our Suite Support Center contains help articles & tutorials for your suite. Your Suite Support Center is like the file cabinet you have in your storage room at home that holds all of the user manuals you have kept for every appliance and tool in your house. You don't need to read or know all of it, just what you are looking for at that moment.
Members Lounge
Your Members Lounge contains courses with additional education and business strategies that are specific to some of the tools we have built for you in your suite. Your Membership Community Groups are also found in your Members Lounge.
PinkSuite News Group
This Community Group is found in the Communities area of your Members Lounge. This group is used to update you on the latest announcements and new content that has been added to your suite for you. You can use this group to stay informed and connect with your PinkSuite Fam!

Every Tuesday & Thursday from 1:00 - 2:00pm CST - All members can jump on a FREE Zoom with our team for our office hours to ask questions and receive live support.

Paid VIP Onboarding Experience
We totally understand that sometimes it's nice to just have someone walk you through it! If you would prefer some one-on-one support, you can book a Concierge Onboarding Session where one of our team members will jump on a video call with you and walk you through your setup process one step at a time!
We have support teams ready to help answer your questions and assist you with your suite during business hours. Please select the type of support you are looking for so that we can direct you to the correct team for assistance.
Tech Support
Our Tech Support Team is in the office during normal Business Hours Monday - Friday. They are not there at night, on the weekends, or holidays. {They keep the same hours as Mary Kay Corporate if that helps you remember 😉}
They are the best resource for Time Sensitive questions {during business hours} as they are available full time. Questions & Support Tickets are responded to in the order they came in.

Our Tech Support is made up of our IT staff who can handle the majority of software related support and resolve things for you quickly. Occasionally they may need to bring in the "big guns" and escalate something to our Developers. If your questions requires them to loop in our Design or Strategy Team your message could be moved to a collaboration list. We ask for patience when a message requires the team to consult with other departments, as it may require more time.
Customer Service
Our Customer Service department can be reached via Text, Email, or DM. These messages are handled by a part time communication team. Messages are checked a couple times a day during normal business hours. Messages are not checked regularly after hours, weekends, or holidays. If your message is time sensitive, please reach out to Tech and they will be able to help you quicker during normal business hours.

Depending on the question, our communication team may need to loop in other departments such as Billing, Onboarding, Design, or Strategy Teams. This may take time, so we appreciate your patience.
If you need someone to visually show you something, you have lots of questions, or you just need extra support - our weekly Live Suite Talk Sessions are a great free resource for this. Even if you cannot be on Live for them - you can still submit your questions and they will answer them for you during the beginning of the session and you will be able to watch the recording for a visual answer.
