Your PinkSuite is the platform you use to run your business. You {and potentially your Assistant 💎} will be the only ones logging into your suite. Picture our PinkSuite like your dream house, where you can find all the tools you need for your business under one roof.

Your "Pink Site" business Website is like the driveway to your dream house. It is a website that you can use outside of your PinkSuite "dream house" to bring people into your PinkSuite as a new contact. Your website is also the tool you use to keep all of your current contacts up-to-date.

Invoicing

Professional Invoicing - No Awkward Moments

Have you ever had a customer text you their product order, leaving you to figure out how to give them their total and collect payment? Do you just ask them for their card info? Do you call them? 🤷‍♀️

All PinkSuite members have access to our invoicing feature, that allows you to professionally invoice your clients and securely collect their payment all in one step.

Managing payments has never been easier or more professional. PinkSuite’s robust invoicing feature eliminates the hassle and awkwardness of chasing down credit card numbers or handling payments over the phone. Send sleek, professional invoices directly to your clients, and they can pay you securely and instantly. Plus, you and your clients have easy access to all past invoices and payment history - right inside their contact profile.

Inventory Tracking

The PinkSuite is not an "inventory tracking" system... however it can be used to track your inventory if you would like to set it up to do that. You will need to set it up yourself as of right now, but we do have it on the road map to look into our options for building a system out for PinkSuite members to use for this purpose.

Your platform also includes a contract builder you can use if you need to draw up a contract for a vendor event, when hiring a new assistant, or when partnering/collaborating with another business.

Client Automations

All PinkSuite members will have both the prebuilt customer facing content, as well as the automated communication that is sent to their customer list for them each month.

Some of the Automated Communication includes:

• A Birthday text message sent on the day of their birthday


• A Birthday email sent on the day of their birthday


• A minimum of two emails a month, including a Glow Guide customer newsletter


• New Product Launch communication


• PCP Enrollment & Reminder communication


• and more!

New PinkSuite members will tell us if they are ready for us to turn on their automations right away or if they want to tell us when they are ready for them to be turned on. All members also have the option to keep the automated communication turned off if they prefer that.

Have a specific contact that you don't want to receive the automated communication, but don't want it to be turned off for everyone else? You can conveniently turn off the communication for just that contact right inside their contact profile so they do not receive the automations. If something changes in the future, you can always update the setting in their contact profiles so that they can start receiving the automated communication again.

Assistant Access

Do you have an office assistant who helps you manage your Consultant and/or customer base? 💎 Pro members have the option to request a second user access for their PinkSuite so that their assistant can log into the PinkSuite and access the features they need to assist you. Your assistant will receive a branded email address that they can use with your PinkSuite to communicate with your contacts. If you would like them to assist you with texting or calling in your PinkSuite, they will use your PinkSuite business phone number to do so. You'll be able to see which user performed each action in your PinkSuite- so if you're Assistant sends a message to a contact, you will be able to see that it was your assistant who sent it.

Additional Virtual Assistant Support

Do you have tasks that need performed in your PinkSuite that are specific to your business, but you don't have a personal assistant, or don't want to train yours on how to use your suite? No problem! Your PinkSuite offers extra VA options for ALL members in addition to the services that are automatically included with your membership. Our VA option allows you to hire one of our virtual assistants that have already been trained on the software to perform tasks for you. Whether you need someone ongoing, or just someone to help you with a specific project, they are here to help!

Pink Portal

All Pro members will have access to a Pink Portal that they can use to gather and connect with their consultants and customers. This is an area that your people can log into to access specific resources, training, and community groups that they can connect in. You will decide which contacts in your PinkSuite will have access to which resources and groups. Inside your Pink Portal you can provide courses, pacesetter programs, tutorials, training guides, and more! 💎

Community Groups

The community area of your Portal allows you to create groups, much like a Facebook group, but without needing Facebook. Here you can post important announcements and information that you want to share with specific groups of contacts. The group members can comment on your post and even post themselves if you would like. They can also achieve engagement rewards and you can tag a single member in a post or tag all members in a post just like you can in a Facebook group. Posts can be made directly inside the group, or can be scheduled in advance using your social media scheduler in your PinkSuite.. Each group also includes an event calendar where members can easily see what dates, deadlines, and events are coming up. Each group has a chat feature where you can communicate back-and-forth with each member, and no communication credits are required! 🥳

Pink Portal Parties

Your portal can also be used to hold a virtual parties or be utilized along with your in person gatherings as a place they can go to find additional resources for that specific event. You can use the courses to create a resource guide that only the contacts attending the event have access to, or you can set up a community group much like you would do a Facebook party. You can use your social scheduler to schedule the posts in the group in advance. This feature is available and ready to use for Pro members now, and then we plan to eventually provide content resources that you can use to host parties and events in your portal as well!
