You can easily go live, pre-record, host meetings, hold video chats, plus organize & share all of your recordings, in one tool! Your audience no longer needs Facebook, YouTube, Zoom, or any other platform/app to attend or watch your meetings & events. All they need is your branded link and you can decide if they are joining you on or off screen for that meeting, or if you just want them to watch live. After your event, your system will automatically generate a link you can use to share.

Phone Number

Calling

All suite members will receive a business phone number that they can use with their PinkSuite to call and text. When someone calls your PinkSuite phone number it will ring on your cell phone for you to answer. You can make phone calls yourself from both your PinkSuite on your computer and from the app on your phone.

2-Way Text

Your PinkSuite is a fully functioning communication software that allows you to text back-and-forth with a single contact, send group text with multiple people in the same conversation, and send mass communication out of thousands of contacts at one time. Your contacts will save your new business phone number and use that number to communicate with you going forward.

All of your incoming text messages will come into your PinkSuite inbox where you will be able to respond to them, as well as keep record of all your communication history with that contact.

When responding to an incoming text, you will be able to see more than just that specific message.. You will be able to see ALL your communication history - all your emails, DMs, voicemails, call history, other text messages, and any other information you have stored for them in their Contact Profile. You can check your messages and send messages from both your computer and the app on your phone.

Keep your common responses and answers to frequently asked questions saved so they are ready to insert into a text instantly each time you need it.

Voicemail

You'll be able to set up a voicemail message for your PinkSuite phone number so when you miss a phone call, they can hear your recorded message and leave you a voicemail. Their voicemail will show up in your inside their contact profile, as well as in your inbox so that you can easily play their message. It will remain in the contact's communication history if you ever need to refer back to it. Your PinkSuite can also automatically send a follow up text message to the contact whenever you miss a call from them.

Ringless Voicemail Messaging

Pro members have the option to use their automation builder to send out ringless voicemails to their contacts. They can create the audio message they would like to leave on their contacts voicemail, and then select the contacts they would like the message to go to. Their contacts will receive their audio message like a normal voicemail. To the contact it looks like they just missed your call so you left them a voicemail. This is a great option if you want to send a message to someone, or a group of people, and you want them to be able to hear your voice, but don't necessarily have the time to individually call each person...or maybe you just prefer not to actually call people.😉 Either way - we get it! The ringless voicemail is a great option to have in your communication tool kit!

Email

2-Way Email

Your PinkSuite offers 2-way email capabilities, allowing you to send a simple composed email or a professionally designed template to one or thousands of contacts at once. Upon signing up, our team will purchase a branded domain just for you that we will use for your "Pink Site" business website we build for you, as well as your professional email address we will set up in your PinkSuite. You will be able to use your new email address to send AND receive emails for your business. All of your incoming emails will come into your PinkSuite inbox where you will be able to respond to them, as well as keep record of all your communication history with that contact.

Professionally Designed Email Templates

Monthly Customer and Consultant email templates are professionally designed and added into your suite at the beginning of the month for all members. The customer emails are automatically sent out to everyone's customer list for them.

Consultant emails are automatically sent for Pro members.

Everyone has the chance to make any changes to the email templates before they automatically send, but revisions are not required. These email templates are ready to go if you do not have any changes you want to make.

In addition to the monthly emails we provide, we will also create extra email templates that you can use for your beauty business and send on your own at any time.

Email Template Builder

If you would like to create your own templates, you can clone one of the templates we have created, choose from hundreds of generic templates in the marketing library, or start with blank canvas and create your own from scratch.

Our email builder is incredibly user-friendly and includes time-saving features you won’t find on most platforms. One of our favorites? The ability to save blocks of content you use frequently— so you can easily drop them into any template with just a click.

For example, if you regularly include your weekly meeting details in Consultant emails or your studio info in customer emails, you can save that block once and reuse it anytime. Just drag, drop, and you’re done.

DMs

No more opening multiple apps trying to track down where a specific message was sent again. All of your communication will now come into one inbox so it doesn't matter if someone text you, emailed you, or sent you a DM on Facebook or Instagram, you will be able to find all of their messages and your conversation history right there inside their contact profile!

Your PinkSuite can integrate with your business Facebook and Instagram accounts allowing your Facebook or Instagram messages to automatically come into your PinkSuite inbox. You can then respond to them right there inside of your PinkSuite on your computer or in our app on your phone. If you are already in your Facebook or Instagram app and it's easier to just respond to them there, the conversation will still be recorded in your communication history with that person inside there contact profile.

No more jumping between apps trying to remember where a message was sent. With PinkSuite, all your communication - texts, emails, Facebook DMs, and Instagram messages - flows into one unified inbox. That means every message and full conversation history is stored right inside each contact’s profile, no matter where the conversation started.

Your PinkSuite integrates directly with your business Facebook and Instagram accounts, so messages from those platforms show up instantly in your PinkSuite inbox. You can reply from your PinkSuite on your computer or directly in our app on your phone. Already inside the Facebook or Instagram app & want to reply there instead? No problem - your reply will still be logged in your PinkSuite communication history so nothing slips through the cracks.

Chat Bubble

All members will receive a "Pink Site" business website that we build for you to use to run your day-to-day business with your customers, leads, and prospects. On your website there will be a chat bubble that visitors can use to conveniently send you a message. These messages will come into your PinkSuite inbox where you will be able to respond back to them by email or text. This chat bubble is more than just a convenience for your website guest, it is also a lead magnet that collects the person's information such as their phone number and email, two automatically create a contact for them in your PinkSuite if one does not already exist. If you already have a contact for them, it will just update their current contact profile.

E-Wallet

All PinkSuite members will have an e-wallet that can be loaded with communication credits. You choose how many credits you would like to pre-load. These credits will be used with your inbox for things like text messages. This allows you to only pay for what you want to use and gives you the ability to use them at any time. Your credits never expire.

All members will be able to set up a phone number to use with their PinkSuite. You will need to get your new phone number verified. This is now required by the government for all businesses with a business phone number. They charge a $27 fee to go through the verification process. Verification proves you are a real business and also improves your text deliverability. Your PinkSuite team will complete the verification process for you - however, all members who want to use their PinkSuite to text & call, will be responsible for this fee at the time of verification.

Tasks

Are you constantly trying to remember who you need to reach out to, follow up with, or coach? Your Task feature and your PinkSuite allows you to.stay on top of your life and business to-do lists with our integrated task management tool. Keep track of follow-ups, appointments, and important tasks, ensuring you never miss an opportunity or forget to follow up with someone again. In addition to you being able to create and track your own tasks, our systems will also automatically generate tasks for you when contacts come into your system to remind you to follow up with them. Your app can be used on your phone/tablet to stay on top of your tasks and to-do lists when you are on the go!
