PinkSuite Plus & Pro members will have an e-wallet that you can load with communication credits. You choose how many credits you would like to pre-load. These credits will be used with your inbox for things like text messages. This allows you to only pay for what you want to use and gives you the ability to use them at any time. Your credits never expire.
PinkSuite Plus & Pro members will set up a phone number to use with their PinkSuite. You will need to get your new phone number verified. This is now required by the government for all businesses with a web-based phone number. They charge a $29 fee to go through the verification process. Verification proves you are a real business and also improves your text deliverability. Your PinkSuite team will complete the verification process for you - however, Pro & Plus members who want to use their PinkSuite to text, call, and for audio messaging will be responsible for this fee at the time of verification.

PinkSuite Plus & Pro members have access to beautifully and professionally designed email & texting templates for their business. Your library of templates will continue to grow as we create more and you will have instant access to each new template we add to your PinkSuite. You will have unlimited access to send any of our templates yourself and then some of your client communication is automatically sent out for you such as:

PinkSuite Pro members have access to the FutureStream feature in your PinkSuite, which covers all of your live-streaming & video conferencing needs! You can easily go live, pre-record, host meetings, hold video chats, plus - organize & share all of your recordings, in one tool! Your audience no longer needs Facebook, YouTube, Zoom or any other platform/app to attend or participate in the chat. All they need is your branded link and you can decide if they are joining you on or off screen for that meeting or event.

Can I live stream into other platforms?
You can live stream into YouTube if you would like and your participants can watch live on Facebook or with your branded link. Facebook removed their API so that NO platform can live stream into FB. However, you can easily post your live link and your audience can click on it to immediately join your live event. We provide you with lots of ideas and strategies for using your live streaming feature both on and off of FB.
