Your PinkSuite Calendar feature eliminates the need to use any other calendar platforms, softwares, or services. Your Calendar can do everything you need, and can be managed on desktop and in your app on the go! You can even manage or create an appointment with someone from right inside of their contact profile!

If eliminating your other calendar providers gives you anxiety... it's ok - your PinkSuite calendar can integrate with most main calendar programs, allowing you to sync everything. Once you are comfortable and have proof that your PinkSuite Calendar is all you need, you can ditch the security blanket 🫢 if you want.

Booking Calendars

Your PinkSuite gives you unlimited booking calendars so you can create calendars for all of your different events and experiences. Your suite will automatically come with 7 prebuilt calendars for the common types of sessions you may offer. {Single Beauty Sessions, Group Beauty Sessions, Business Sessions, Virtual Sessions, In Person Sessions, etc.} You can turn off any prebuilt calendars you don't want to use, edit them, or use them as a template to duplicate and create your own! If you don't want to do anything to them, they are ready to use as is and you don't need to do a thing!

Automated Session Reminders

You have the freedom to set your availability for each of the calendars. Your scheduling on your website positions your booking calendars as a "session request". This gives you the freedom to reschedule that appointment if something came up last minute. Your guest will receive an email letting them know their request has been made, and you'll receive a notification someone submitted a session request. If the time they requested works for you - you will select "confirm" and your guest will receive a confirmation email & text. They will then receive an email and text 3 days before their session, 1 day before, & 1 hour before the session begins. If you or they need to reschedule, a reschedule process has already been built out for you to use. If the appointment ends up being a no-show, you can select that in their Contact Profile and an automation will trigger an email to them letting them know you're so sorry you missed them and will begin the rescheduling process for you!

Session Tracking

A Tracking Pipeline has been created for you that will track the process from the time a session is requested until the time it is held/rescheduled/canceled. Your PinkSuite will also automatically create Tasks for you in your task area of your system to remind you to stay on top of a contact if they are rescheduling, no showed, or canceled - helping you prevent people from falling through the cracks! Life is busy, especially for women, so sometimes if a session did not complete, it doesn't mean there isn't a chance it could in the future! Without a system like the PinkSuite, it's easy to lose track of those people whether by accident or intentionally...😉

Website Scheduling

With the PinkSuite, your branded "Pink Site" business website comes with built-in scheduling calendars.

• Automated Confirmations & Reminders: No more frantic texts or forgotten appointments! PinkSuite automatically sends timely confirmations and reminders to your clients - three days before, one day before, and even an hour before their session. Each reminder includes a button to your Beauty Profile on your website so that they can give you all of their information before the session even begins!

Digital Beauty Profile

Too-da-loo paper Beauty Profile Cards! The Beauty Profile page on your website allows your guests to submit all of their information to you before their session so you have everything you need before you walk in the door! If a guest was not on the guest list when the hostess scheduled the session on your website, and they are not a contact in your PinkSuite yet - a contact will be created for them when they submit the form! If they are a rebel and did not submit their form before the session - no problem! Have the guest scan your QR code at the session and fill it out on their phone right there at the table. No more toting around paper profile cards, keeping track of them, and inputting the information in later! It is time to streamline this process my friend!

Booking Automations

Have a long list of leads you need to reach out to? Your PinkSuite includes built-in booking automations! Just add your scripts once and from then on all you need to do is tag the contacts you want to message, and your PinkSuite will:

• Automatically reach out with texts and/or emails up to four times over ten days.


• The automation will stop sending messages when the contact responds - so you’re never annoying your contacts.


• Your PinkSuite will also provide guidance on what to do next if contacts don’t reply by the end of the automation.

Referral Booking

• During your beauty sessions, invite the guests to “nominate” women in their lives for a free self-care kit or whatever you are calling your free gift that month - using your Nomination Page on your "Pink Site" business website we built for you.


• Your PinkSuite also provides your with automated Social Media posts that will direct people to your nomination page for you each month.


• Nominated contacts are automatically added and messaged by your PinkSuite, kicking off the booking process to turn referrals into appointments - no more procrastination or manual follow-ups! They will receive an automated email from your new branded email address and/or text from your new business phone number - that explains their free gift & directs them to your booking page on your website to schedule with you.
