example:

You have booked Sally for a makeover, you held the makeover and booked her to be a hostess, you shared the opportunity with her but she hasn’t watched an opportunity video yet or met with your director. When you open Sally’s contact profile, you will be able to see where you are at with her and which step you need to take next!

Customer Invoicing

Communities

Your PinkSuite has a communities portal that gives you a place to create groups for your clients and consultants to have a gathering space for education, recognition, and even for events. This space gives you a great alternative to Facebook Groups, but can also be used in addition to them as an exclusive hub for your VIPS, your organization, or a temporary group to work on a project. You can have as many groups as you would like, so you can even have smaller groups that are specifically for your “new”, your “few” & your “crew”. Your communities allow you to make posts and give your group members the opportunity to comment, much like in a Facebook Group. However, in your communities, you can ORGANIZE the posts into topics and categories so everyone can easily find what they are looking for. We know you just did a happy dance. 😉

Courses Builder

The course builder in your PinkSuite allows you to create eCourses for your consultants and clients. You can take any topic and easily break it down into bite-sized lessons. Each lesson gives you a place to include text, videos, images, and files for the person to download and learn from. It also allows you to create assignments for them to complete. This feature is perfect for pacesetter projects and new consultant first steps. This feature is inside of your PinkSuite so it is connected to your contacts. This means you are able to see where the person is at in your course, so you can see their progress and if you need to step in to assist them.

Forms & Survey Builder

Say goodbye to unsafe Google Forms and endless spreadsheets! Your form and survey builder allows you to create what you need, right inside of your PinkSuite! The best part is - when your guests fill out the form it puts them straight into your contacts FOR you so you can start communicating with them right away. This is perfect for new leads, vendor events, party RSVPs… Your guest list is immediately added to your contacts. But it gets even better - you will also find all the answers to every form they fill out, right inside their contact profile! PinkSuite Standard & Plus Members have forms and surveys already created for them in their system that we have set up for you in advance. Pro members have these same forms/surveys, and also have access to the builder so they can create their own!

Assistant Access

PinkSuite Pro members will have the option to create a free user account for their office assistant to have access to their PinkSuite if needed. This allows them to communicate with your contacts as themselves or as you, but all within the same Inbox. Communication history is organized by contact in your PinkSuite, so you and your assistant will both be able to see who has said what to that person.

REPLACES:

• The need to share all of your passwords with your assistant as they can now log into your system with just one login, that is their own, and fulfill all of their office duties.

• Many of the automations we have set up for you in your system will also minimize the amount of things you need an assistant to do, if not replace an assistant altogether.
